The model 41-AR utilizes parts heavily designed in close grained iron. The open side construction permits cutting of large work pieces. The counter balanced arbor raises and lowers to control depth of cut and locks into position while cutting parts. The spindle is mounted in precision ball bearings, lubricated and sealed for life. Standard blade capacity is 10 (adaptable to maximum of 12 capacity on special order.)
The table system is mounted on a precision roller bearing and rail sealed and covered by bellows to prevent contamination. The 41-AR comes complete with a 1 H.P. 110 volt, totally enclosed fan cooled motor, its own free standing welded machine base with stainless steel pan, coolant pump and lexan enclosure to prevent over spray of coolant.
